At the risk of jinxing it… I accomplished a huge feat this week.

My staffing levels have been quite low, for a long while. I’ll get a couple of people hired, then lose twice as many as started. My net number of staff has been going lower and lower. I should have about 35 and I was down to 25.

Well this week, I’m actually ending the week with more people than I started with! (Applause please)

I now have 29. I have 4 permit chefs in the works. And I have 2 permit supervisors in the works. Add those together and what do you get? Yup! 35!!!!!!!
